Hubert Lenczowski practices in three areas of law: 1) Business; 2) Real Estate and; 3) Trusts. Much of his 37 years of experience has been spent representing business and property owners in the purchase and sale of their businesses and property.  He earned an undergraduate degree, with honors, from Harvard University, a Masters Degree in banking and finance from Columbia University, and a law degree from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law. Prior to starting his own law practice in 2008, he worked as a partner at Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani, LLP, a 850-attorney firm based in San Francisco, and prior to that he was a partner at Knox Ricksen/Robbins, Palmer, and Allen in Oakland. Hubert has also served as in-house counsel and in executive management positions at Computerland Corporation, The Ohio River Steel Corporation and Scharffenberger Cellars.

     Earlier in his career, Mr. Lenczowski had extensive litigation experience from pleadings, motion practice, and discovery to arbitration and trial, and appeals. Hubert Lenczowski has studied negotiation and mediation of disputes with mediation certification from Harvard Law School's Program on Negotiation, and is available to serve as a mediator in disputes.

     Hubert Lenczowski has taught Tax Aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions to attorneys in the LLM Masters Tax Program as Adjunct Professor at Golden Gate University Law School in past years. Mr. Lenczowski is a member of Association for Corporate Growth, the leading professional association for mid-market finance and financial intermediary professionals. Mr. Lenczowski is a member of the Business, Real Property, and Trusts and Estate Sections of the State Bar of California, and he is former Chair of the East Bay Tax Club 2002-2004.
