Mr. Lenczowski has extensive experience in estate planning, including tax planning, drafting wills, revocable and irrevocable trusts, and powers of attorney.       In addition to basic estate planning, Mr. Lenczowski has experience in designing discounted gift programs (particularly of intergenerational transfers of real estate and business interests); management of valuations and appraisals, (particularly valuation of unusual assets, such as closely held companies and real estate); probate avoidance; trust administration, including trust administration after the death of a spouse; changing title to assets (conveyancing of real property and preservation of parent-child exclusion from reassessment under Prop. 13); and advice and counsel to trustees on fiduciary duties, standards, and compensation.

     Mr. Lenczowski is admitted to the United States Tax Court, was Chair of the East Bay Tax Club 2002-2004, and has pursued postgraduate studies in tax through the Golden Gate University LLM tax program.  Mr. Lenczowski is a member of the Estates and Trust sections of the State Bar of California; the Contra Costa Bar Association; the San Francisco County Bar Association; and he is a member of the Estate Planning Council of the East Bay and the Estate Planning Council of Diablo Valley.
